Checked out that big stone project in Charleston, the courthouse addition

I swung by Charleston last weekend to see the new courthouse wing they're putting up on Meeting Street. The brick matching on the old 1800s facade is unreal, they blended 3 different reclaimed brick colors to get it seamless. Did you all have to do that kind of color sorting on historic restorations, or do you just let the mortar hide the mismatch?
