But what about when you mess up bigger stuff, like taking a wrong turn that adds an hour to a trip or burning a whole dinner? Honestly I've had both happen, and sometimes the wrong turn shows you a cool spot you'd never see, or the burnt dinner makes you laugh with friends over takeout. Do you think that same "reward for not being perfect" idea still works when the mistake feels huge at first?

Ever take a wrong turn that leads you to a weird roadside attraction you'd never plan to see? I got lost once and ended up finding this amazing little pie stand in the middle of nowhere. Those big mess-ups can totally still work out in a cool way.
