Heads up about the free walking tour in Prague's Old Town Square

I was there last spring and the 'free' tour guides were really pushy about tips... they wanted 20 euros per person at the end, which felt like a set price. It made the whole thing feel like a trick, not a real budget option. Has anyone found a better way to see the old city without this kind of pressure?

Download a free audio tour app before you go. Honestly, I did that and just wandered at my own pace with headphones. It was way more relaxed and I could skip the parts I didn't care about.

Totally did that at the art museum last month and it was a game changer. Felt so much better than being herded around in a big group listening to some guide. Got to spend twenty minutes just staring at one weird painting I liked while breezing past all the old portraits.
