Hostel kitchens changed a lot since my 2003 Europe trip
Went back to Prague last month and the hostel had a full spice rack and pour-over coffee setup, back then we were lucky to find a broken toaster and a packet of instant noodles, so is this the new normal or did I just pick a fancy one?

Pour-over coffee? Man, I'd've killed someone for that back in 2003.
