That lady in Naples who took me to her cousin's market stall

I was wandering around Naples last October, totally lost and hungry, trying to find some cheap lunch that wasn't a tourist trap. This older woman selling lemons on a street corner saw me looking at my phone and just grabbed my arm, said "come, come" and walked me five blocks to this tiny indoor market. Her cousin ran a stall with the best fried pizza I've ever had for 3 euros. She didn't speak English, I didn't speak Italian, but she pointed at things and made me try the anchovy one, which I normally hate but actually loved. I tried to tip her and she waved me off, just laughed. I still think about that random act of kindness whenever I travel now. Has anyone else had a local just take them somewhere totally off the map like that, and did it end up being better than anything you found online?
