I set it up in a spreadsheet back in May mostly to shut my brother up, since he keeps pushing it on everyone. I gave it 3 months and figured my rent in Pittsburgh would blow the whole thing apart, but it actually held. Seeing 20 percent land in savings on its own without me sweating it made me a believer. What rules did you write off as too basic until the numbers made you eat your words?
