I finally tracked my coffee spending for a month and the number shocked me

I mean, I knew I was buying a latte most days, but I just wrote down every single coffee shop trip for April. It came out to $112, idk, I just never added it up before. I started making a big pot at home and putting it in a thermos, and this month I only spent $18 on coffee beans. It's such a small thing but seeing that before and after really hit me. Has anyone else cut out a small daily buy and been surprised by the savings?

Yeah, the lunch thing is so real. I used to grab a sandwich and chips from the deli near work almost every afternoon. It was like eight bucks, felt like nothing. Did the math at the end of last year and it was over a hundred and fifty dollars a month just on that. Now I pack leftovers and it's basically free. It's crazy how those little buys you don't even think about just bleed money.

Cut out buying lunch every day. The savings are absolutely INSANE.

How much do you actually save in a month?
