Just hit $2,000 in my emergency fund and I'm weirdly proud of it

I set a goal back in January to save $2,000 in my emergency fund by June, and I actually hit it a few weeks early. Some folks say $2,000 is way too small to matter, and others say it's the perfect starter cushion. For me it meant I stopped panicking every time my truck made a funny noise. So which side are you on, is a small emergency fund worth celebrating or just a drop in the bucket?
