Does a minimalist layout beat a fancy weekly spread, or am I missing the point?
I was at a bujo meetup in Portland last Tuesday and this woman named Sara showed off this super detailed weekly spread with washi tape and color coding, took her like 2 hours each Sunday. But then she admitted she barely used it after Wednesday because it felt too rigid, and she switched back to a plain daily log. Meanwhile I've been doing the bare bones rapid logging for about 8 months and it works fine for me, but sometimes I wonder if I'm losing the creative side that drew me in. Which side do you land on, the artistic planner or the bare minimum tracker, and has anyone found a middle ground that actually sticks?
