Finally got my weekly spread to work for me after months of trying
I mean, I kept making these super detailed layouts that took forever to draw and then I'd just skip using them. Last week, I just grabbed a ruler and made three columns: 'work', 'home', and 'me'. I wrote my tasks in pencil and moved them around. Idk, maybe it's just me, but that simple change made me actually open my journal every day this week. Has anyone else found that a basic layout works better than a fancy one?

Months? I would have given up after like two weeks.

Guess it depends on what you're waiting for. Some things feel worth the extra time, even if it's painful. What kind of situation are you picturing that you'd bail on that fast?

What's the longest you've actually waited for someone who gave you zero signs? Because I once held out for like three months thinking he was just "shy" and all I got was a lot of unwanted knickknacks from his mom. @spencer400 you're totally right about those three week vibes, I should've bailed and saved myself a pile of ugly coasters.

Yeah but some stuff you just know... like if it's not happening by week three, it's not happening.
