Try selling it online to recoup some cash. I've had decent luck moving unused stationery on marketplace apps. At least you'll get something back for it.

Yeah honestly I gotta agree with @laura_chen41 here. Selling that stuff online is a solid move if you want to get some cash back instead of letting it collect dust. I've moved a few old fountain pens and ink bottles on marketplace apps myself and it worked out fine. It's a little annoying dealing with buyers sometimes but the money makes it worth it. Plus it clears out space and keeps you from buying more junk you don't need.

Yeah the marketplace apps tip is a good one, I mean it's better than nothing right? I've got a whole drawer of fancy notebooks I never used because they were too nice to write in, lol. Maybe it's just me but selling stuff online feels like such a chore sometimes. Still, getting a few bucks back does help ease the pain of wasting money.
