That chat with my sister made me rethink my whole tracker setup
She's not a bullet journal person at all, but last Tuesday she looked over my shoulder while I was adding my water intake dots and said, "You track everything except your actual energy." It hit different because she's right. I've got mood trackers, habit chains, sleep logs, even a page for my cat's vet visits, but nothing that shows if I'm actually getting anything done vs just moving dots around. So I spent yesterday building a simple two-column spread in my A5: tasks completed on one side, and how I felt at the end of each day on the other. Three days in and I can already see the days I check off 10 things are not the days I feel good. Anyone else ever had a non-bujo person point out a blind spot like that? What did you change?
