Vent: My bullet journal got ruined by a coffee spill this morning
I had my whole week laid out perfectly in my Leuchtturm. April spread done, habit tracker filled in, even some decorative washi tape. Then my toddler knocked my mug over and it soaked through half the pages. The ink bled everywhere. I tried to blot it but the damage is done. I guess I'll just rip those pages out and start over. Anyone else had a journal disaster like this?

A buddy of mine had this happen with a whole latte once, soaked every page of her Moleskine from May through August. She tried the blow dryer trick, but it just made the paper all crinkly and stuck together like a sad accordion. Ended up buying a whole new notebook and calling that one a total loss, still brings it up every time someone mentions coffee near paper.

Ngl that hurt to read because the same thing happened to me last month. My cat decided my desk was the perfect spot to knock over a full cup of tea and it went straight into my open journal. Honestly I sat there staring at the wet pages like my whole week just got erased. Tbh ripping them out and starting fresh is the only way to go, but I still get annoyed just looking at that gap in the book.
