Went from a blank page to filling 4 months of my bullet journal in one Sunday sitting in my kitchen in Fargo
Every night for 2 weeks I stared at my empty habit tracker and closed the book because I thought each entry had to look perfect like the ones on Instagram. Last Sunday I dumped 4 months of messy scribbles onto the page, coffee rings and crossed out tasks included, and it took 3 hours but I finally felt like the journal was mine. So why do we treat bullet journals like a museum piece instead of a tool we can wreck and rebuild?
coffee rings and crossed out tasks included" is honestly the most real thing I've read all week because Instagram makes it look like one wrong stroke means you have to burn the whole notebook. A bullet journal is just paper, not a museum piece, and the messy pages are the ones you'll actually flip back through. Wreck it, rebuild it, who cares, it still works better than a pretty book you're scared to touch.
