Cut off my best friend of 12 years after what she did at my sister's wedding in Nashville
She gave a speech that brought up my divorce in front of 200 guests and laughed about it, so I walked out and blocked her number that night. Best decision I ever made, has anyone else had a friend cross a line like that in public?

Cutting her off that fast feels harsh for a 12 year friendship, even with what she did. People say dumb stuff when they're nervous at a mic, and a real friend would at least let her hear how bad she messed up before getting blocked forever. You don't owe her a second chance, but you do owe yourself a chance to say your piece first.
