Finally broke 200 whole hogs processed in one season after 6 years behind the counter
Hit 201 pigs this past Saturday and I still don't know how we managed it with the same small crew and cooler space. Anyone else track a number like that in their shop and get surprised by it?

Figured the same thing until I actually watched how they move through those pens. They're not wasting a single step and the pigs are so used to the routine there's barely any stress.
