Hit 500 lamb breakdowns this month, first time I stopped counting carcasses
Been keeping a tally in my head for years but this past month I actually hit 500 lamb breakdowns at the shop in Portland and it made me realize how routine it's become. Anyone else ever hit a number that made the job feel different, or am I just overthinking the math?
