Shoutout to my old boss for the bone chip check

Hey everyone, bone chips in larger cuts can lead to serious complaints. His tip about feeling for rough spots caught one in a ribeye yesterday, and I avoided a big issue.

But isn't that super rare? Most of the time they're pretty easy to spot and remove during prep. Seems like a minor worry.
