That ham boning mishap in the walk-in still haunts me
Back in 2009 at a shop outside Tulsa, I hit the shank wrong and the bone flew clean across the cooler, smacked a tray of pork loins. Boss came in, saw it, just shook his head and said nothing for a full minute. Anyone else have a tool slip that ended up costing more than the repair?
