Fancy Blumotion soft-close slides cost me $340 on a triple sink base, pure pain
I fitted those Blum slides on a high end vanity build last month and one of the pistons died on install day, so has anyone else had their soft close fail right out of the box or did I just get a lemon from the batch?

Save your receipt and call the distributor, they usually swap those out fast if you push a little. Sounds like you got the one slide in a thousand that failed the quality test on a Friday afternoon. At least now you know the fancy price tag buys you a warranty headache instead of just smooth drawers.
