That $160 Blum hinge jig finally paid for itself on a 20 door run
Been fighting with crappy setup blocks for years on euro hinges. Last month I had a kitchen job in Medford with 20 identical doors and finally dropped the cash on the proper Blum jig. Zero fiddling, every hole dead on, and I knocked out the boring in about 2 hours instead of a whole day. Anyone else find the pricey jigs worth it once you hit a certain volume, or you still rawdog it with a drill guide?
