That afternoon at the Richmond woodworking show that changed my hinge game

Watched a guy install 30 kitchen drawer fronts in under an hour using a simple jig he made from scrap. Anyone else ever seen a trick that made you rethink your whole process?

30 minutes for 30 drawer fronts? I'd have to see it to believe it honestly. Most of those show demos are sped up or they skip the tricky parts like dealing with warped wood or mismatched hinges. Was the jig really that magical or did he just have a bunch of identical cabinets with perfect measurements? I've seen plenty of "game changers" at shows that turned out to be way more work than they're worth once you get home. How do you even know it held up after a week of use?
