Overheard a Spectrum rep say 'loyalty doesn't pay' and now I'm wondering if fighting for a lower rate is even worth it anymore
Guy at the gym was on the phone with retention and the rep flat out told him his 7 year, $89.99 plan was 'grandfathered garbage' before offering him a $49.99 promo for 12 months, so is the real horror the price or the fact that we all know they'll bump it back up the second the contract ends?
