TIL the difference between calling support and filing an FCC complaint is like night and day
My internet kept cutting out for 3 weeks and I spent hours on hold with support, who kept resetting my router from their end and saying it was fixed. They even sent a tech who said the line was fine and charged me $50 for the visit. I finally filed a complaint with the FCC online and a rep from the company's corporate office called me within 2 days and had a real tech out that week. Turns out my signal levels were way off and I had a bad splitter the first guy missed. Anyone else get faster help from the FCC than from the company itself?
