Why does my landlord's cable wiring panel look like a crime scene
Yesterday I opened the locked telecom closet in my building on Delaney St and found 14 splitters daisy chained off one line, so when the Spectrum guy said my signal issues were "at the building, not your unit," it turned out he was actually telling the truth for once, and now I need to know if anyone has gotten a landlord to pay for a real rewire.
