A homeowner in Denver really called me out on my coax terminations

He said my compression fittings looked 'pinched' and asked if I was using the right tool, which honestly I wasn't. I switched from my old crimper to a proper RG6 compression tool and the difference in signal is huge. What's one piece of customer feedback that actually made you better at the job?

Wait, he could actually see a difference in the signal? That's wild. I figured a bad termination just meant it might fail later, not that it messed with the picture right away. Makes me wonder how many little things we do wrong because we never get that direct feedback.
