Heard a foreman bragging about terminating 200 coax ends in a day and I called him out

I did the math on that and it's like 2 minutes per connector including prep and testing no way that's accurate unless half of them fail downstream so who else has had to deal with unrealistic speed quotas from someone who hasn't touched a tool in 5 years?

Did he actually show you the test results or just wave his tape measure around?

Oh man, I've been there. @the_rowan, what worked for me was asking him to explain his measurements and how they matched up with the spec sheet (which I happened to pull up on my phone right then and there). He got all flustered and started talking fast, so I knew something was off. Ended up just walking away and finding a different supplier who actually showed me the numbers.

Get that tape measure out of here, that's just a prop for show. Real test results have numbers on paper or a digital readout, not some guy making a show of measuring things with his hands. I had a contractor once pull out a tape measure and start pointing at "gaps" and "clearance" - I just asked him to write down the numbers on a piece of paper and email me the official spec sheet. He couldn't do it and got real quiet real fast. If they won't hand over actual test results, that's a HUGE red flag. They're basically saying "trust me bro" without any proof. Always ask for the printed or digital data, then you can actually check it against what's listed online.
