The day I stopped trusting the previous tech's notes in Tulsa
Had a job last month where the work order said 'replace drop, done' but I pulled the old line and found it was chewed through by a squirrel near the pole. I trusted the note and skipped checking the aerial span, so the customer's signal kept dropping until I climbed back up. Anyone else ever burn time because you followed a lazy note instead of your own sweep?
