Used to pack my whole kitchen for a weekend, now it all fits in one 8 liter pot
Back in 2019 I hauled a cast iron skillet, a two burner stove, and a full spice bag up to Lake George for two nights. After carrying it all up a half mile of trail I sat down and counted 14 pounds of stuff I never touched. Now I bring one pot, one folding knife, and a bag of rice and I eat better than I did then. Curious if anyone else went the other way and actually added gear back after going minimal?
