Rant: a protest flyer got my table kicked out of the student union, and the policy rewrite passed anyway
Last Tuesday a campus group's flyer got flagged by building staff and our whole debate table got moved to the lawn in the rain because nobody knew which speech rules applied. Turns out the school updated its speaker policy to protect tables like ours, so who else has had a room booking go sideways over a free speech call?
