Got escorted out of a town hall in Mesa over a sign, wondering if I handled it wrong
Went to a city council meeting in Mesa back in March about a library book display. I held a small sign, no yelling, and a security guard told me to leave after about 10 minutes. They said it broke the public comment rules but never showed me which rule. Now I'm second guessing whether I should have just left quietly or pushed back, has anyone dealt with a situation like this?

A buddy of mine got the same treatment at a council meeting and never got a straight answer either.
