Overheard a guy at the coffee shop say his friend got dropped from a freelance gig for a 10-year-old tweet

It was a dumb joke, but the client found it and just ghosted him. Has anyone seen a contract that actually covers old social media posts?

My old Myspace page would get me fired from a lemonade stand. I've seen contracts mention "public conduct" but never a specific time limit. It's all just a scary gray area now.
