Pro tip: hear out the person who got canned, even if you think they're guilty
Talked to a former coworker in Phoenix last week who got fired for leaking internal memos, and hearing their side made me realize the punishment wasn't about the leak, it was about who they embarrassed, so has anyone else changed their mind after actually sitting down with the canceled person?
