My annual review was a total surprise, and not in a good way
I've been at my company in Toledo for about 11 months. My manager always said I was doing fine, so I walked into the annual review expecting a normal chat. Instead, the HR rep sat down and told me my 'collaboration scores' were the lowest on the team, and they were putting me on a 30 day improvement plan. No one ever told me about a score, let alone that it existed. I asked for examples and they couldn't give me one specific situation. Has anyone else been hit with a performance metric they never knew about until it was already used against them?
