The day my boss told me to stop working late
Honestly, it was last Tuesday around 4:30 PM. I was about to start another hour of work when my manager came over and said, 'Go home, your project can wait until tomorrow.' Ngl, I was shocked because I thought staying late was how you got ahead. That whole week, I actually left on time and got more sleep. Has anyone else had a boss push them to have better work-life balance?
