The Tuesday that changed how I see job hopping forever
One Tuesday last spring I watched a guy leave our team ranting about a $5k raise elsewhere, and then come crawling back 6 weeks later after his new boss turned out to be a nightmare, which convinced me loyalty is worth more than whatever number is on the offer sheet, has anyone else seen this play out both ways?

Counting that $5k raise over 30 years beats most loyalty bonuses hands down.
