Took a 20 dollar personality test out of spite, actually useful?

My buddy kept pushing this free DISC test from his HR lady, I told him it was corporate astrology. Finally took it just to shut him up, but the results nailed why I hate micromanagers and why I keep quitting jobs after 14 months. Has anyone else found real value in these things, or did I just get a flattering report?

Whoa, same thing happened to me! I took one of those tests to prove a point and it called out my exact pattern of getting bored after the honeymoon phase at every job, which honestly stung a bit but was pretty spot on.

14 months on the dot for me too, that's creepy exact. I almost threw my monitor when it explained the whole quitting thing to me like a news article about my own life.
