Vent: The office meeting that made me dump my whole scheduling system

Last Tuesday my manager asked why I kept double booking vendor calls. I showed her my color coded spreadsheet, but she pulled up this free shared calendar tool and had us all switch in ten minutes. Now I get reminders on my phone and nobody misses a deadline. Has anyone else had a boss force a tool change that actually worked out better than your old way?
