Cut a mitre off by 2 degrees and it saved the whole job
I was squaring up a baseboard corner in a 1920s house on Maple Street and the wall was so out of plumb that a perfect 45 left a huge gap. I split the difference on the angle, like 43 and 47, and the joint closed up tight with no caulk needed. Has anyone else just accepted the walls are crooked and worked with them instead of fighting for perfect?
