Hit 30 years in the trade, then my tape measure snapped at 16 feet
Been building cabinets in Madison for three decades, and yesterday my old Stanley finally gave out mid-measure, right at the 16 foot mark on a kitchen run. I counted up the projects I've done since 1994 and landed on 412 kitchens, which honestly made me laugh harder than the broken tape. Anyone else keep track of their lifetime cut count or house numbers, or am I just weird like that?
The 412 kitchens thing just keeps getting weirder the more you dig into it... I've been following along since the first post and that tape is basically the only solid piece of evidence anyone's got. Everything else is screenshots of screenshots and people guessing at menus. Must be exhausting for the folks who actually ate there and are trying to defend their own experiences. Guess that's the internet for you, one little clip can just bury a whole story.
