Chat with a builder this morning changed my mind on seaming tape

He said he's been using the same brand for 15 years and never had a call back. I've been switching brands every few months chasing cheaper prices. Anyone else stick with one tape brand forever?

Oh man, @mianelson I totally get that but finding a tape that never fails is like striking gold, I'd never switch either!

There's this weird pressure to be loyal to a brand forever like it's some kind of relationship. It's just dish soap or whatever, not that deep. If something cheaper works better next week I'm switching no questions asked.
