Hot take: The new stretch-in pad is causing more callbacks than it's worth

I've seen three jobs in the last month where the pad bunched up under the carpet after a few weeks. It seems like the extra grip is too much for the standard kicker. Has anyone else had this problem, and what pad are you switching to?
