Yeah, that's the worst. Call them and ask to speak to the fraud department directly, they can usually unfreeze it faster than the regular customer service line.

My bank's fraud line once had me on hold for 47 minutes. That direct number can be just as swamped as general support. It feels like there's no good option when your card gets locked.
