Saw my grandma pay with a card at the farmers market in Fresno, hit me weird
She used to count out quarters from a little coin purse for the same tomato stand, now the vendor doesn't even take cash and I wonder if that tiny corner of her independence is just gone for good, has anyone else watched an older relative lose their money habits overnight?
