Bought a $120 meat grinder attachment, best purchase this year
I finally got the KitchenAid grinder attachment last month after using the cheap hand crank one forever. It took about 45 minutes to grind 10 pounds of pork shoulder for sausage, and the texture was way better than anything I got from the store. The hand crank always made my arm sore and the meat came out mushy, but this thing actually keeps it cold and chunky. Anyone else find that one random gadget saves your whole prep day? Or is there a better setup I should look at for bigger batches?
