Hit 100 covers solo on a Saturday night and honestly I'm torn on whether that's a win or a red flag

I managed 100 covers by myself in a tiny kitchen last weekend, and while I felt like a machine, the quality of the plating slipped on the last 20 orders - has anyone else hit a big number and wondered if it's more about survival than skill?

150 covers in a tiny kitchen is survival, not skill.

Wait, 150 covers?? Like 150 people coming through in one service? That's not survival at all, that's just pure chaos. I don't even know how you'd plate 150 dishes in a row without losing your mind, especially in a small space where you're basically bumping elbows with the dishwasher. Honestly, I'm impressed you didn't just walk out mid-service.

150 covers in that tiny spot? You basically just grab and pray nothing falls apart.
