I mixed up the salt and sugar bins during service.

Now I label everything twice after that disaster.

Was it for both, and did @karencampbell try the coffee?

That show story about the sugar shakers is why I started tasting a pinch from the bins before my shift, just in case.

Was that for coffee or baking? I saw a show where a place mixed them up in the sugar shakers for all the tables, it was a bad day.
