Dropped $85 on a camera scope and it caught a cracked flue liner I would've missed
Back in the day we just poked around with a flashlight and hoped for the best. Bought a cheap USB borescope off the internet 3 winters ago, cost me $85, and it paid for itself on the second job. Customer in Rochester had a hairline crack way up past the smoke shelf that no mirror would ever show. Curious what you all use for tight flue inspections, or are you still going by feel and sound?
