Found a 1970s Lincoln log cabin with creosote so thick it looked like tree bark
Spent three hours just chipping it out with a hand scraper because the rotary tool kept binding up, and what's the worst creosote buildup you've ever had to break through?

Three hours is impressive but I gotta point out that's more like four hours with breaks and resharpening every 15-20 minutes.
