Hot take: a sweep in Des Moines told me half the house fires he sees start from dryer vents, not chimneys
I always figured our job was mostly creosote and blockages, so that number caught me off guard when he said it at a supply shop on 2nd Ave. Any of you pushing dryer vent cleaning as a regular add-on service, and does it actually bring in much work?
